Please tap on the left-side menu and select Settings.  Next, select Notifications.  You can choose to set up notifications for "My Teams" or "My Leagues".  To establish notifications for each team or league, please tap the wheel icon to the right of your teams/leagues.  Upon doing so, you may choose to set up specific types of notifications you wish to receive.  Examples include match reminders and score updates.
