There are two options to turn off notifications.  The first is to go to each game and scroll to the notifications tab.  You can disable each notification you've set up by unchecking the check box to the right of each specific notification. The second option is to access the left-side menu and tap Settings and then tap Notifications.  Within these notification settings, you may choose to enable or disable notifications by tapping the ON/OFF button next to Enable Notifications.
